Shocking prices for fuel food water etcSome services on M1 in London are cheaper

Disappointing experience at BP Petrol station, The cashier, unfortunately, exhibited a notably bad attitude. Her demeanor was rude when I asked for items, and she seemed uninterested in providing assistance. Moreover, the hot food machines were not operational, with the cashier explaining that she hadn't loaded the food yet. This lack of preparedness added to the overall dissatisfaction with the service. Improved customer service and better maintenance of equipment are crucial for a positive experience, and I hope the management addresses these issues promptly.

£1.51 for unleaded, no toilets, place is run down. Much better services out there - I just had the misfortune of needing fuel and this being my closest option. Keep driving if possible, push your car on the hard shoulder if you have to.

If ignorance could be bottled and sold then the assistant here would be a millionaire. Place is in desperate need of modernising which should be easy considering they are the most expensive petrol station in the whole of the North East and quite possibly the country.

So this Moto ran truckstop cafe charged me £5.65 for this chip cob and a coffee! Didn't have any ketchup or brown sauce because they want an extra 25p for a little packet! HGV parking is also quite expensive, the heating in the café appears to not work and the fuel is expensive. Pretty rubbish is being polite
