Took my parents here on Sunday evening, even though there was a private function the service and food was fantastic, we had the set menu 2 course and it was more than enough. All the staff were very friendly and polite, will definitely go back soon.

Good authentic Italian food. Friendly staff. A bit remote from Centre but I liked the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Price on the higher side but worth it for a treat or special occasion.

We had an amazing experience at Burro! The food was delicious, with a great selection at reasonable prices. Everyone was really friendly, and the atmosphere was buzzing so we recommend booking ahead at busy times.
More soft furnishings would be helpful to dampen the noise

A spur of the moment trip on a Tuesday evening to Burro and it did not disappoint, we didn't have a reservation but still managed to get seated despite the restaurant being busy.
From the moment we walked through the door the service and hospitality were second to none with staff always on hand when you needed them nothing was ever too much hassle.
Finally the food, it was simply divine I had the 4 salami calzone and my partner had to monk fish ravioli with afregato for desert.
I'd highly recommend Burro if you are looking for a amazing and affordable Italian in the South of North Yorkshire

We went here on a Thursday evening, and it was packed.
Welcome was wonderful, and we were seated quickly, and drinks arrived soon after.
Opted for the tuna carpaccio, sword fish, and prawn pasta, followed by the Lemoncello baked cheesecake. All was delicious, the fresh pasta extremely so.
We would absolutely go again.
I would recommend booking early, we arrived at 19:00 and it was just about right.

Quiet early Saturday lunch, all freshly cooked. Great atmosphere. Few customers but the lovely chatter from the kitchen made for a lovely experience and we could hear ourselves speak. Food very tasty.
