However that was not the case today, I felt like Nathan was honest transparent and when he asked me for an extra £80 for something I had no clue about i trusted him. He was friendly and personable with each customer, even those ones who were more difficult. He is a shining example what good service and good team work can do to buy in good loyalty to customers. This was the same in both other chaps in the garage, culture is clearly en pointe here.”
