Went in to enquire about a phone. Great guy called Sam was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was very easy to talk to. I'm not great with new mobiles but he didn't baffle me with jargon. Was great at helping decide which phone would be the best for me. Went back the next day to buy but he wasn't in this store. A lovely lady called Lyn helped me. Think she was the manager. She was also great at helping me. I bought the phone Sam recommended. Lyn also explained some things and was very friendly. Would recommend this store as the staff were wonderful. We could have bought from somewhere else but went back because of the service received.

Cannot recommend this store and their amazing staff highly enough. Recently purchased a new Samsung and the service and support I received was outstanding. I'm a real technophobe and they were incredibly patient and helpful in ensuring I was all set up before I left the store. Well done guys.

Best phone store in Redcar by far, eager to help out in anyway even if you were not a customer as i was initially..\\nNow i am a customer of 3 having bought 3 phones one for myself and 2 for my kids..\\nI couldn't get a better deal ANYWHERE ELSE take some advice and go there they are so friendly...\\nThank you Lyn and Sarah for all the help...

Went in for an update on my contract \\u0026 Sarah looked after me fabulously! She found me a great bundle with a tablet at more or less same price \\u0026 sorted everything out for me with top class customer service. This girl deserves a bonus or a promotion. Knocked a star off here, although I was very happy at first as a new customer 2 years ago, staff have changed and find the service is not as good as previously, and although I know it's their job, I feel they're a bit TOO pushy in trying to sell me things.

I bought two contract SIM only plans from this store, the staff were great, helpful, polite and friendly. Very pleased with both SIM only plans too.
