I visited Sports Direct Redcar today, and needed help. I was helped by a gentlemen (who I later found out was the manager) and he was EXCELLENT. He went out of his way to help me, and the staff were FANTASTIC too. Shop looked fantastic, easy to find products, great prices, great range, and I will continue to support Sports Direct Redcar as they are fantastic. I too work in a shop in Redcar and I try to support all shops that are in the town. Thank you for a great customer shopping experience. God Bless, Graham

Picked up a tracksuit with a price tag of £36. When I got to the till they asked for over £50 for. Seems unfair to charge this much when it has apparently been labelled incorrectly. Not my fault and they wouldn't honour the price on the tag

Wife bought football boots for our daughter. Pegs were tightened. First day of training pegs fell off. Wife took boots back but store refused exchange and told wife to buy more pegs. She did and they are the wrong fitting. I have bought trainers in the past from them. Tried them on. Then when put them on at home they were both odd. They nearly refused to take them back as they had a little bit of floor dust on the bottoms. Won't be using sports direct again. Also filing a complaint with trading standards.

Went to the tills to return an item brought on line and the young girl decided to go to the toilet rather than serve us. Then when asking for the money back another assistant said we don't give refunds you have to have a credit note. I argued and the manager said it was policy. What a load of rubbish because their website said they can give money back.The assistant said especially the manager were so rude it was unbelievable. Always shop online spending lots on trainers. Never again I buy at sports direct

I shop here often.. But today they did not have a lot of stock which I wanted.You would think they would have XXL in Adidas jogging bottoms in shop.. Also a lot of items were hung on wrong hangers..This score I give is just for this one day, as I usually find company good.

Lovely little shop, well set out and not as cramped as the usual Sports Direct stores ?The staff are always friendly and helpful, aswell as all the clothing downstairs it has a great range of ladies trainers and clothing on the first floor (think the last reviewer didn't realise there was an upstairs) well done SD keep up the good work ??

It's werid...but as packed as the shop gets (and it really gets packed)....you can always hear the sound of the elves singing in the underground cave bas they make the shoes

Sad because in Redcar you will only find either men shoes or walking shoes for woman.. No selection for women ankle boots or any other women shoes at all..
