I visited Sports Direct Redcar today, and needed help. I was helped by a gentlemen (who I later found out was the manager) and he was EXCELLENT. Picked up a tracksuit with a price tag of £36. When I got to the till they asked for over £50 for. Seems unfair to charge this much when it has apparently been labelled incorrectly. Not my fault and they wouldn't honour the price on the tag

Wife bought football boots for our daughter. Pegs were tightened. First day of training pegs fell off. Wife took boots back but store refused exchange and told wife to buy more pegs.
