Staff are ok in there apart from one really ignorant female, If I go in with a parcel to send off and she's in I walk out and take it elsewhere.

Visited this shop yesterday, lady behind the counter said better weather than yesterday to which I replied, don't know was in Spain just got back, there followed a conversation with the other assistant who said don't you hate it when people brag about their holiday,who cares? Firstly I was not talking to her, secondly I was answering the first lady's question .I found this incredibly rude and was fuming as this break was booked to recover from a cancer op.I have used this shop for over 32 year's but never again
