A lovely surgery and warm welcome from all the staff administration, Dr and the two ladies who had the delight of taking my blood samples...extremely helpful, polite and friendly first time visiting Park Avenue Surgery on Tuesday and even though the NHS is under massive pressure they went above and beyond to help. So thank you very much ?. 100% would recommend.

The staff from medical to admin have always been great with me and I really feel an average rating of 2 stars is unfair - perhaps from some people who do not understand the pressures that the NHS is currently under?

What's the point of sending a reminder of an appointment with a number to change it if nobody answers? No wonder the NHS have so many missed appointments.

Brilliant surgery. My husband and I saw Lianne Myatt today who is fantastic. She put both of us at ease and was extremely professional. The entire staff are friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Thank you all very much.

Why are the receptionist staff always rude when you ring up??Had a missed call from surgery so rang back only for an automated message to say if not booking appointments ring back after two so I did.Ringing for over 10 minutes when staff member picked up phone, got the impression she didn't want to answer the phone.I said I had a missed call from them which turned out was to go for vaccine.Rude member of staff said" do you want it? "In a rude tone.If you don't want to answer the phone then find another job and let someone with more manners and good Customer service have that job.In the current climate 1,000's of people would appreciate it and do it better.

It would be easier to contact a remote tribe sometimes than to get through to anyone at this surgery on the phone. Can only book an appointment in the morning and it often takes all morning to get through, if you can get through at all. The staff seem nice enough but as a practice there is a lot of room for improvement.

You can't leave a message out of hours so I just have to not turn up. I do still need my medication? Going to be in France for about a fortnight. Will rearrange when I get back
