“Friendly staff, I had an injury and popped in to buy some tape for my bandage. They were out of stock so one of the staff got their roll from the first aid box and let me use that! There was no reason for them to help me, they did it out of pure kindness which was greatly appreciated!”

“I visited the Co-op on Monday Evening and could not find what I was looking for, I asked a young girl on the shop floor if she could help me find the item, she stopped what she was doing and spoke to me in a very polite manner asking how I was and had I had a good day, something you don't usually get from a customer service assistant, she asked me to follow her and found exactly what I required. Its people like this that deserve a gold star, that go out their way to help others. She is an asset to the Co-op Team and the company, I'm sure her name was Natalie.”
