Refused to make my pizza order as would not accept my legal tender due to me only having cash so went to one in town instead

We placed a large order for a party a week and a half in advance. We then got a call 15mins before they were meant to deliver to be told they were short of drivers and we could either wait another hour for it to be delivered or come collect them ourselves. We chose to collect as we had 50+ people waiting. We were told the order would be ready for us when we got there only to find they were putting them into the oven the minute we turned up. I appreciate it?s a large order we placed but we did so with plenty of time for this to be sorted for our event and we have been massively let down. Won?t be ordering again for future events

Tired. This pub has ran its course and I'm surprised it's still even open. Poor sound system and terrible atmosphere.

I have spent half of my life in S.California and know my ?Take-away?Food and especially Pizza.This food is identical to the original American recipes and is authentically delicious!! Well recommended. Staff are well trained, polite and helpful.JRD.

pizza delivered, large garlic and herb dip was dropped on the door step of my home and stained the block paving. The driver had nothing to clean it up, and left a greasy stain on the step, I requested a credit for the dip which the store manager refused to credit and said I could have a free one next time which was unacceptable as I will not order again and I didn?t receive this one as the driver dropped it all over my door step. Very poor experience and level of customer service.

Absolutely unhelpful they send you food out that?s not edible ring them up and tbey carnt collect so I ring the manager and they sort it out and say there putting a note to add money to your account for next time then we ring up to place order tonight and they don?t know nothing about it such a shame we always used this dominoes but hey ho take our custom elsewhere now very disappointing

Manager very rude, ordered large pizza with large garlic sauce,our order wasn't what we ordered, garlic missing, sent cold order back, she's refused to refund , was very rude and argumentative on the phone

Used to be great but last few times not good at all. Tonight pizza was over cooked and lacking cheese which for a cheese pizza is pretty hard to get wrong and wrong drink sent. Disappointing as used to love ordering from here
