The most horrific experience at this Costa. The manager was so rude and had threatening behaviour! Will never go to this Costa again. Looking at the previous reviews looks like she needs to change jobs!

The worst customer service I have ever seen, tables dirty staff look at you as an inconvenience. I regularly use Costa coffee but I will never give them my money again. Looking at other reviews I’m not alone if this was my company I would be sending all staff on a customer service course or to job centre
