I visited the Co-op on Monday Evening and could not find what I was looking for, I asked a young girl on the shop floor if she could help me find the item, she stopped what she was doing and spoke to me in a very polite manner asking how I was and had I had a good day, something you don't usually get from a customer service assistant, she asked me to follow her and found exactly what I required. Its people like this that deserve a gold star, that go out their way to help others. She is an asset to the Co-op Team and the company, I'm sure her name was Natalie.

Great range of products. Staff seem friendly and helpful.
Shame there prices are a little high also the car park seems to be full and sometimes find it hard to park there so I end up going elsewhere.

Some staff genuinely try however, there is one older female member of staff who is never inclined to provide a good customer service which makes me avoid using this co op.

I recently found they are now on Uber Eats and I used them as there is no small order charge, no vastly pushed up prices. We ordered sweets and nibbles and was great value. I rung the store to arrange a substitute, Donna and Mark the manager couldn?t of been more helpful. Great customer service. Your both a credit to the COOP

Really sloppy respect for Covid rules, the staff don't care, neither do a good bunch of customers.Also a real rip off.My Covid nightmare. Stay away!!!!
