Great service received from Deborah, who helped make the process of buying a new carpet and having the order fulfilled by the Sheffield Drakehouse branch (closer to the installation property) so simple. Very friendly, supportive throughout, seamless transition between the two stores! Pricing was also very competitive, and much more transparent than rival stores.

We didn't buy anything from this particular store, we phoned as our local carpetright wasn't very helpful. The lady that spoke to us helped us find which store in the area had enough laminate flooring in stock to pick up immediately. She even phoned us back to let us know when it was closing.
