Excellent service. Had a thorough eye test with Richard and the results thoroughly explained. Nat helped me choose new frames and was really knowledgeable about what was on offer. Staff were really polite, helpful and professional. Would strongly recommend.

Chris at Boots Opticians Redcar was so helpful and friendly and managed to fix my broken glasses which I thought were beyond repair and even cleaned them for me! Not to mention he did it in no time at all.
They saved me a lot of stress and made my birthday extra special!
10/10 would break my glasses again, for such excellent customer service.

Came to Boots after having an eye test done at Specsavers and finding them extremely unhelpful when choosing glasses to suit. Stef looked after me in boots Redcar and I felt seen and heard and got the glasses that best suited me with her help.
