“Usually spot on, I visit each month!New guy they've got in there seems to be keeping things going and the ball moving, a credit to the branch.I've had some experiences in the past where been stood around awaiting for someone to tell you they're available. Once got given incorrect withdrawal amount (short) and wasn't until I left the bank I realised, I returned and the banker knew she shorted me which I thought was odd. Fair to say I now avoid her or triple check when I do have to deal with her. 9/10 times spot on.”
