being on holiday in the area my husband went into this shop and tried to pay with a £20 scottish note. He was told that they couldn't accept it as there was too many fakes as he had only cash with him he had to leave the shop. Disgusting treatment it's legal tender! All that is needed is a detector pen. I can assure you we will not be back in this store while we are here.
