I went in on Sat and the service was great, despite it getting very busy. Went for a reasonably priced special and loved it. So had to go for the pudding!

Nipped in for a meal as we were staying at the campsite up the road, amazing food and friendly staff can highly recommend for food or just a drink, if we are ever back in tbe area we wont hesitate to come back.

Visited a little late in the evening to be told meals had stopped being served. We were about 15 mins late.
They were as good as gold and told us we could be served, but there would be no starters or fish.
I had the lasagne served with chips and coleslaw. The lasagne was lovely. There was a lot of it. There was also scampi with salad. They were good also.
It was very
welcoming and served with a smile.

Me and my little dog were made to feel very welcome. Ate here twice while on holiday and it was lovely home cooked food. Lovely Sunday lunch. Will definitely visit again when on holiday

This is the second time we've visited The Royal Oak on our way back from the Dales and it didn?t disappoint (again).
The Royal Oak is a traditional pub serving up very good wholesome food at a reasonable price with extremely friendly and accommodating staff.
Tell your family and your friends about The Royal Oak in Pately Bridge and we hope to be back for a 3rd time in the not-to-distant future.

Went for lunch today. This is a dog friendly pub. The owners are very welcoming. The menu is really good as I don't eat cheese, steaks and bacon, die to dietary requirements, so this made a pleasant change to see quite a few items I could have (Thai prawn curry) hubby had beef lasagne from specials board. You didn't have to wait to long for your food. Would definitely visit again.

This place was extremely good,our food was cooked perfectly and lots of it on our beef Sunday lunch.Nice and hot and prompt service.Friendly customer service and highly recommended. We will return at some point.
