Nice pub simple but nice bar food .nice interior a d spacious outdoor seating . Pleasant staff . You need a sign stating no food served by the pool! As we witnessed some customers being abrupt with the young staff when they told no food by the pool need less to say thry got it and left a mess !!

The food is not great and the portion of chilli my husband received was honestly about a tablespoon! It?s so ridiculous to not be able to serve decent food. Ordered a kids sausage and chips and a hotdog - same meal but with stale bread around the ?butchers? sausage described as a hotdog- a heads up from the staff would have been good. Lasagna was tired and dry and microwaved. Cynical from management - embarrassing from a place in Yorkshire that serves great food next door at Rudding Park but clearly thinks people who own campervans or caravans do not possess a tastebud. I live a couple of miles away and I?d like to apologise on behalf of the town for this insult to our visitors!

Came here yesterday for food for mothers day with my husband and two young boys, myself, husband and youngest son got a roast dinner and my eldest son got a burger which was massive he struggled to eat it but absolutely loved it, we all loved our roast dinners too and the staff and service were great, will definitely return

Spoke to an extremely professional lady ( Mary) who took me through the booking process giving all the options available for the dates. The package chosen included dinner on the first evening. I passed comment that my wedding anniversary was on the second day and Mary offered to contact the hotel to ask if the dinner could be moved to the second evening. Just received an email from Mary to say that the hotel has agreed to the dinner being on second evening. Now that is what I call customer service.

All very straight forward with instructions, as we were using a voucher as part payment, so was relieved that the booking all went through smoothly .

What can I say, I had the best time. Honestly I can not recommend this site enough to every one I know. If you need a break, then this is the place to come, every venue I have stayed at so far I have had the best time and I thank you to the team at Country breaks for the last trip, it was incredible!
I will be using you lots more.

My wife is handicapped and accessible room or if not possible then walk in shower might be an option which takes much time to research but these ladies are fabulous in acquiring the information needed to book with confidence.
