I'm afraid that Hovingham interiors have a post kitchen installation customer service issue. Having chosen Hovingham (and spent thousands) to design and install our new kitchen I feel the need to feedback that the after installation support and service is very poor. Multiple requests for help in a number of areas that needed fixing including the requirement to refit the extractor fan, dishwasher door front not fixed properly to the unit, help in asking for the specific paint colour used so I could carry out any necessary touch up painting. All the requests for help were ignored. Add to that when I did manage to speak to a lady on reception her rude attitude and abrupt manor led to her doing all the talking and not quite enough listening to understand my request for help. Would I recommend Hovingham to anybody else...in short no.Service: Remodeling

They installed underfloor heating which took a long time to do. They created water leak with installation and charged me for the damage they did to my house. Poor service and poor communication with the client. Very dissatisfied. If new initially definitely chosen different company. They claim they are professionals and sell warmup product.
