Knowledgable and helpful staff, some areas are cramped due to display tables but it’s largely accessible. Stairs to first floor, no lift. However, staff are always willing to bring items down

I visited the shop today and was so happy that it is dog friendly , brought in my dog Wispa who is a standard bully , these dog have a bad reputation so I’m always hesitant on where I take him , he was welcomed and even fed some treats!
