Eating areas not clean. Not enough sanitizing stations around the park. Not enough signposting or marking of animals on each pen, some pens empty.Would be good to have more maps ariund the area showing where you are, the only map.is at.the.entrance and.even that doesn't show where you are. Plenty of picnic areas

Took out a new contract at Nothallrton and supplied them with a PAC code. I was informed that my existing number would be working sometime the next day . Four days later it's not switched, tried calling Vodafone, first time waited half an hour but they were too busy to answer ( or not willing to employ enough staff to answer once they had a contract) next time didn't get to speak to anyone after a few minutes wait message came on saying they couldn't answer due to an emergency and then disconnected me. Foolishly thought I'd ring the store I got the mobile from, however it appears the store phone number is secret and not for people as trivial as customers! Why is it all phone companies have such a problem with using the devices that make them their millions ?
If they do have a phone number they always do their best to make it difficult to find and then don't answer most of the time.
Customer service ? Dream on!
