Then received a very polite and helpful follow up call from Damion to see how to proceed: placed and ordered and benefitted from advice on trims and details to complement my tile choices. Hello,Today I visited your store to attempt to match a beige coloured tilewhich I know is over 4 years old. Also was a possible problem with size.The guy serving me was an absolute star. His name is Rob.His display of customer service and professional manner was simplyoutstanding. Nothing was too much for this gentleman.He walked me to the aisle to show me the tiles he thought might suit.I am extremely happy as in todays retail business world, customer service is sadly neglected. People are quick to complain but not so quick to praise. My wife and I will be purchasing some tiles soon andwe will be at your store in Northallerton as my shopping experience today gives me inspiration that customer service still exists.Please can you let Rob know that his kindness and efforts have made my job easier.
