“I needed to drill holes in some bathroom tiles which I had never done before. Was passing the store and thought I'd call in to see what advice they could offer. Even though I had not bought tiles from there, they could not have been more helpful. Got a full explanation on how best to do it, they sold me just the drill bits that I needed (no trying to over sell), and even gave me a couple of bits of broken tiles to practice on. Went home, gave it a go, and it went perfectly.So thank you very much for going above and beyond. Perfect customer service. I would recommend to anyone based on this experience alone.”
