The Skipton building society is ideally placed in the centre of the main High street in Northallerton. It usually has poster displays in the window showing if there are any products on offer or any special savings rates available. As you enter you normally get a nice greeting. There are two cashier positions available and even if the assistants are serving they usually give you eye contact and a smile. Customers are usually dealt with quickly and effectively, but I feel that they try to give a personalised service. The staff are attentive and efficient and if there ever are any problems these are dealt with effectively. A pleasant banking experience.
