Recently purchased a Halls Greenhouse from Sam Turners and found the customer service excellent from initial enquiry over email right through to order and delivery. It was useful visiting the store at Northallerton to view the different sizes and styles of greenhouses available. Charles is very knowledgeable in this field and answered all my queries. Whilst there was a slight error with delivery, this was quickly rectified and promptly delivered in time ready for me to build. January sale prices were competitive and the free base has added a good amount of height on top of my slab base. Really pleased with the quality of the product.

Great store for all things agricultural, home gardening equipment and supplies. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Clothing too and good cafe. Easy parking.

Ordered the toro scarifier, 3-5 working days delivery, now on day 7 an not delivered, looks like it might be delivered on day 8 but had to chase up tracking and updates as nothing given. when I first called on day 5 it hadn't even left the shop, was told it will be out for delivered tomorrow but it was picked up day 6, spent day 7 at courier.
Really inconvenient as it needs signing for and haven't know when to be in

I used to visit Sam Turners when I lived in Northallerton. Now I live down south and buy from them online. They stock really good quality brands in hardware, clothing and gardening and their service is second to none. Quick delivery and excellent support. I know that I am buying from a long established honest company.

As previous reviews of online service. Leaking wellies, brand new, leading brand - MuckBoot. Photos, videos etc. and they refuse to replace, I have to send them away for repair. Ludicrous in middle of winter.
They use third party customer service and are completely intransigent.
