I purchase a new iPhone 15 and tried to transfer my information from my old iPhone. It did not work at home after trying 5 times. So I went to O2 in Northallerton and explained my problem, the gentleman was very helpful. I felt he went above and beyond in helping me, no sale was forthcoming but that did not affect the service.
Nothing was too much trouble I left the O2 shop a very happy lady.

Visited the Northallerton shop on Saturday after receiving an O2 at as you go phone upgrade offer. The staff were aware of this offer and speedily concluded the transaction (15 min)

Great staff. Friendly. Of course they try to upsell, however they listen, they do exactly what you want.
I?ve been with O2 for 23 years, and never had a problem. The staff go out of their way to give you what you want.

I took a phone in to get repaired under guarantee, it got sent away and about 3 months later I still hadn't heard anything from them, I called into the shop, they weren't really interested, eventually they told me that it had been lost in the post, they were going to sort it out for me, it's now 6 months down the line and I've never heard anything else, I really wouldn't trust them again, I think they are one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with,

I had a great experience here, one individual in particular was excellent.
Gavin really helped explain all of my options with the phone contracts and made it very easy to understand.
I came back the same day and it ended up going over his shift. He even stayed back to help me get my phone set up!

I called into the store on Friday 3rd January ,I needed help with an old SIM card,the guys in the shop knew they weren?t going to make a sale but knowing that they still went above and beyond to help me .Extremely grateful ,excellent service ??????????

Drew was excellent. I have been back 2 years later and again received excellent service from all the team, a friendly atmosphere and not made to feel daft when needing simple assistance. O2 demanding money which I have all ready paid. Threatening legal action and cutting me off. Nobody wants to help. In the shop they say they can't help. O2 help line is useless.

Great service here. I needed a data only sim for an entry system. People listened to what I needed and got the right solution to add to my account. Then super fast system and pacy service to get it set up. Very classy - thank you

Visited 02 Northallerton today to upgrade my phone. I'm a complete technophobe, so a big shout out to Reece who was absolutely brilliant, very patient, and gave me all the info I needed, I came away delighted with my new phone and it didnt break the bank. Thank you.

Not particularly helpful. As a O2 customer I expected More particularly as I also was prepared to take out 2 New Contracts. Not impressed.
