Found that Maxwells priced a stereo at the same price as most retailers, and was really keen to support the local shop / high street, so I asked the sales team if there was a small discount that they could offer to make the purchase there and then. They wouldn?t offer any discount. I left and managed to find the same product from another retailer who was happy to offer a small discount.In these financial times, even a few pounds makes a difference. Disappointed especially having bought products from them before. I won?t be returning.

I've just purchased a new TV. The salesmen were most helpful and I must say the two young men who delivered and set it up were fantastic. As a disabled person I would highly recommend Maxwell's staff from the opening of the shop door by the salesmen to the storing of the empty box in the garage for me by the fitter the service was above and beyond. Thank you

Superb service: dishwasher ordered on Monday and delivered, fitted with old one removed on Wednesday with minimum fuss. Everyone was efficient and friendly. I had full confidence in them all. Highly recommended! I wouldn't now shop anywhere else.

Great service from James when I purchased a television. He was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Maxwell's are an excellent company to deal for domestic appliances. We will be back.

Would give 6 stars if possible. Shop local this store is second to none for price and customer service. Purchased a Samsung TV after Richard talked us through all the TVs, he was great, first class service, very knowledgeable and patient not only while we decided but also when we got a 'little stuck' whilst enstalling the TV at home. TV delivered by Maxwell's great service. Would recommend to all & many thanks to Maxwell's.

Had the most helpful TV installers - Anthony & Steven install the Tv on Saturday 22 Jan 22. When the existing bracket was not going to work Steven improvised and got it sorted, while Anthony sorted the old Tv and moved it for me.I know I would not have had that level of care and service from a national supplier.Thank you

My mother recently bought a TV fromMaxwell?s. She was guided superbly by Mark Humphries from start to finish. Neither my mum nor myself are particularly knowledgeable when it comes to technology. Mark did a great job in explaining to mum how to make the most of her knew purchase! He went above and beyond and we are very grateful!

We have purchased an item from this company we had a delivery problem which they sorted then item was damaged in transit we assume they doing their best to rectify as we speak. Excellent service especially Sheila Overton who us a credit to the company for going above and beyond
