Spot on for customer service.
The vegetarian/ vegan area is very small.
I got a pack of 4 circle bubble and squeak, a mini caterpillar cake & a can.
The bubble & squeak are quite tasteless, so I made a burger, of the bubble squeak, vegan burger, hallumi & sweet chilli jam; was very tasty.
The car park is busy and small.

I was so embarrassed and upset from a member of Northallerton team tonight. His name was callum, this guy was doing the reduction of meat. I need some mince for my meal this evening and noticed on the trolley some short dated to be reduced, I thought ideal! So went to walk around the store and came back to the area Callum was working and waited in the distance put no pressure on him. A lady spotted on the trolley something she wanted put her hand on it then took it to callum asked him to reduced it,which he did she went away Happy. He looked at me and I politely said I am waiting for the mince. He said I have seen u hanging around so I'm not going to do it yet!(rude) I said I have kept my distance and not interrupted you like the lady did with the item off your trolley. He said she asked and didn't hover that's why I did it!! So upset I walked away I had not stood near him and put no pressure on him as this I'd unfair when u are trying to do your job. But my complaint is been written because he let someone pick up an item and he did what she asked which I thought was rude.and the way he answered myself was very rude
The regular staff are so polite but this young guy made me feel terrible I was upset and left.

Staff always helpful. Own brand range is roughly the same price as the bigger supermarkets? midrange products but far better quality. Pedestrian access to the carpark entrance isn?t great, and the footpath is regularly blocked by cages or delivery wagons
