Went with a suspected slow puncture. Turned out it was a leaky rim because of accumulated muck. Chap cleaned it, checked out all tyres (I discovered that my garage had fitted the wrong size tyres at the front ? and also used like a silicone gel to seal the rim, rather that deal with it correctly) all done with pleasant chat and efficiency. There was no charge because they hadn?t ?mended? anything. They will definitely be my go-to place for anything tyre related. Thanks chaps!

I was able to book an MOT just the day before. The manager gave me an estimate for when the car would be ready and it was ready on time. The technician explained the MOT results to me and showed me where some minor corrosion would ideally need to be fixed with plating. I had booked an air conditioning service but this could not be done due to a fault that would need specialist work. The money for that was refunded. The MOT was a good price, just £43. Overall a great experience.

To be fair, you did accept this and pay to fix your error - although it would be better if it didn?t happen in the first place!

0n 30th May a kia sportage belonging to a severely disabled vulnerable gentleman was taken to this establishment following the guidelines given by the motability scheme albeit unannounced..The vehicle had lost substantial amount of pressure from its rear off side tyre within a short space of time this was explained to a member of staff by the gentleman's P A, who was later told the vehicle had been checked and no fault was found..This morning Saturday (31st) the vehicle had to be recovered and taken to kwik fit as the same tyre was virtually flat due to a nail being lodged in the tyre (according to the fitter)
Upon collection of the vehicle, a complaint was lodged and the response was ' it was missed due to the vehicle turning up unannounced'
Surely regardless, kwik fit had a duty of care to carry out a thorough check, had they done so the stress and inconvenience caused today to this gentleman and his support staff would have been avoided
Not good enough kwik fit..Shame on you..!!
