It's quite expensive on most of their products especially the tinned section and some of the deals are not that great either, although the staff are friendly and the store is clean and tidy.

It is only the 2 nd time I have been to Iceland as my husband does most of the shopping. I was given a card the 1st time I shop and didn?t really know what to do with it. The young man on the till explained to me that once the card is registered I would receive offers etc. I was impressed with the range of food and will be going back with a registered card

Paul the manager is superb, really went above and beyond for us recently when organising some small gifts for local older residents. Online shopping is easy, delivery staff are always friendly and helpful, and the bonus card offers a good way to save some money up each week. The 10% off for pensioners on Tuesdays is a really good idea, but could be advertised better
