Northallerton -
Bike been in and out since monday 11th! Says gear service been completed. No! It even seem like its running with a load spanners and nuts in some gears. Either wont go up on speed or skips on the speed coming down! Back and fourth since 11th August. Hopefully get it correct and works this time. Sure they dont test via a ride just on the stand via the gears. Not happy at all pay for a service expect to have a good service. Ill keep putting bike in til its 100% correct smooth changes and not feeling like its grinding when in a certain gear!? Very bad experience happing and still on going today18th August 2025.
Minus a free repair for the gear shifter I bought as the work wasn't fully carried out so it had a new gear shift fitted. But still wasn't working correctly I feel like collecting bike and using another shop in town. Still on going 23.08.25 .... via bike.
Went in working better then it does when it leaves. Absolutely not happy at all.
Online chat said bike was ready and it wasn't.. absolutely beyond a joke.this firm.
