“I came on two separate occasions to get my son's hair cut, he's only three years old and had never had his hair cut before and was quite anxious about it.The staff were exceptional with him and even when we couldn't cut his hair the first time they refused to accept payment even though I took up their time.The second time they were just as excellent and really put effort in to ensure he was comfortable and happy.Thank you so much, you were excellent and I'm so glad my child doesn't look like cousin It now.”
