Met these guys at the CLA Gamefair this year and bought a pair of Swarovski binoculars from them. They didnt have them on the stand but the owner rang his shop and asked for them to be put to one side and sent out asap to my home. Great people to deal with and very fast delivery of a fantastic product.

Drove 2 hours to to get a thermal that they said was in stock to find out that HE whoever he is as the lady in the shop wasn't specific was driving around with all the stock in his car so I wasn't able to purchase it so drove 2 hours home to order online turned out cheaper too..

I was looking to buy a specific camera for my grand daughters birthday. Our first look was at Amazon Prime and other outlet links to the camera but they were out of stock. My wife searched and found one was available at Grovers and that it was listed as available and was £25+ cheaper than Amazon & the other stores. To be honest we have had bad availability experiences when avoiding Amazon so ordered with some trepidation.
The camera arrived the next day and the day after I had a call to check all was good (Kim). Fast forward to the day before the birthday and I decided to put things together and realised I had missed a battery. I rang the store to check what battery I needed to buy and again spoke to Kim who said she would immediately send a battery by express post in the hope it would arrive in time. She was extremely helpful (and knowledgeable) and the battery arrived the next day in time for the present handover.
Our customer experience was really first class and Grovers will now be the first point for other purchases.

After finding another local company to convert some reels that Grovers optics couldn?t do I was shocked to find out just how much Grovers overcharged me!
I had 12 reels, ranging from 50? to 400?, they charged me over £900! Not only that but they would only put them on a CD, if I wanted a usb stick Id have to pay more!? Luckily due to some been damp I was able to get some of my money back as they don?t clean reels.
These were important family films and I wanted all the reels converted so after I looked for a company that could clean the few that Grovers wouldn?t do and I couldn?t believe the price difference! It was over £500 cheaper than what Grovers had charged me! Never have I felt so ripped off before!
For those wanting to know the company I found after and saved a lot of money, it was Digital converters just down the road at Barkers industrial estate, Ripon, absolutely fantastic, not only did they convert ALL my reels for a fraction of the price but they?re putting them all on a usb too.
Do your research before going with the first company you see on google. Lesson learnt!

Came in this morning looking for a Binoculars expert and I certainly found one!
The lady that helped me was not only friendly and polite, but her knowledge of the products was incredible. She did a great job explaining and demonstrating the various optics within my price range and letting me get hands on with the products.
I would recommend this shop to everyone, lots of stock at great prices and knowledgable and attentive staff. Thanks for making my shopping experience awesome.

Fantastic First Class Service, couldn't have been any better!
Bought a Telescope set up and received great advice and service over the phone and in the shop. Unfortunately, the pointer on the scope was faulty, emailed them on Sunday and despite them being closed I received a reply offering help within the hour! Unfortunately, I needed a replacement and was offered the choice of an upgrade which I took, by the following morning the upgraded pointer was delivered.
A rarity these days to receive such an exemplary service, I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend this store and will in future be going here for all my future optical equipment needs.
