Imy husband bought me 12 red roses the Saturday before valentine's they are so beautiful i still have them today 23rd feb .They haven't wilted or lost any leaves are perfect never had such beautiful roses before. Five stars if more fiori ?

I have both ordered and or personally selected flowers from this florist on many occasions and not once have I been disappointed with the result. I always choose flowers carefully and the proprietor is very understanding and helpful in endeavouring to meet my needs. Lastly I have always found the flowers to be both fresh and long lasting and all at a reasonable price.

I have been using Fiori for many years now and am always delighted with the service and the flowers. Just sent my mum flowers (and chocolates) for mother's day and they were absolutely stunning. Highly recommended.

Usually the main lady is lovely and does very beautiful bouquets but today I went in and made the mistake of picking the flowers myself and when I went to the counter the lady didn't even ask what is it for and asked the girl to wrap them and she just cut the stems completely uneven terribly wrapped them in a paper and cello tape with a bit of struggle and then I said is this all right? You guys usually arrange them! Then she was apologetic and rewrapped them only with not much difference. They look like I just picked and put together myself except worse since the stems are completely uneven so when I tried to put them in the vase I had to have some soaked deeply in water which will make them rot in order for the others to get a tiny bit of water. Very very disappointed...

I have been ordering flowers by phone from Fiori all the time I was working away from home and still do today. Very courteous and dedicated service. No I will not be picking up flowers from Tesco as one previous reviewer mentioned. If it is worth giving flowers it is worth having them beautifully arranged and delivered.

Received a bouquet of flowers from this shop as a present from my daughter. They were beautiful. The colours were perfect and as I followed the care instructions, I was delighted to find they lasted for 2 full weeks with more flowers opening during that time. Thank you so much Fiori.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not one to usually write a review, however.....
(I would not even give them a star if it was an option!!)
I ordered a £50.00 bunch of flowers through Interflora from Fiori , the flowers received, for a late mothers day gift, were nothing like the picture on the internet and are half dead four days later..... in fact the flowers received were no better than what you can pick up in Tesco for a third of the price.
Upon complaining, I was told that I would need to contact Interflora, understandably, I questioned this with the florist I spoke with. A major part of the complaint was that the bunch of flowers, four days after receiving are dead... the flowers were supplied by Fiori not Interflora. I thought that perhaps as a good will gesture and at the very least the flowers that had died could be replaced.
Nothing of the sort happened, the florist was extremely rude to the extent that I had to say something to her during the phone call and I am not usually a confrontational person. I explained to the florist that I have in fact complained, in the past, about flowers from the shop albeit a while ago. She proceeded to answer with "well why did you come back then? why did you order more flowers with us?" this was a very good question... and one which I will answer but definitely shouldn't have to. I ordered them for ease and although I have had a bad experience with the shop in the past I have bough more flowers from them as they dealt with that complaint sufficiently and satisfactorily, provided good customer service and apologised profusely for their mistake and the quality of their flowers. why wouldn't I reorder through them when they resolved the matter?
However this time, I am absolutely applaud and disgusted by the level of customer service received upon complaining and the fact they would not even acknowledge that it is their fault....
I would advise that you visit any other local florist before investing in what Fiori have to offer. I would highly recommend Hutton Flowers in Barkers Arcade,I have never had a problem there.
I will be taking this complaint further with Interflora.
