I needed to drill holes in some bathroom tiles which I had never done before. Was passing the store and thought I'd call in to see what advice they could offer. Even though I had not bought tiles from there, they could not have been more helpful. Got a full explanation on how best to do it, they sold me just the drill bits that I needed (no trying to over sell), and even gave me a couple of bits of broken tiles to practice on. Went home, gave it a go, and it went perfectly.So thank you very much for going above and beyond. Perfect customer service. I would recommend to anyone based on this experience alone.

I initially called in this shop last October. Based on the fabulous customer service we came back today. Paul is without doubt one of the best team members that we have come across. His knowledge, ability to just help and to be honest his humour is outstanding. We will recommend this shop to anyone who will listen and I just hope this company realised how lucky they are.

We had superb service from Paul last week whilst searching for a particular shade of tile. We were offered sample to try out. His help was great and the store is beautifully set out. Would totally recommend.

Amazing customer service from Paul. I have been upgrading a small shower room and need wall tiles. I was blowen away by the selection and great customer servce. I chose a tile I liked and was told how much there was in stock and given a sample to take home and try beside the floor tiles I already had. I also asked about cleaning my kitchen tiles and Paul gave some some cleaner to try. It really did the job. Direct Tile importers were helpful and professional and free samples so much nicer that a national chain around the corner. I highly recommend them.

HiI would like to thank the guys at the northallerton depot for helping me with my mosaic tile and grout purchases.I'm 71 and a widow and I've kept myself busy with mosaic projects during lockdown , one of the guys on the front desk has been extremely helpful and I will certainly be back for any future purchases.Please add these comments to your review page so that people can see that you serve the community as well as trade.Thanks againTheresa Currie

I'm very sorry to say I can't agree with the other 5? reviews. We called in today to your warehouse. No response at all from the 3 members of staff at the counter when I said "Hello". They just carried on chatting, joking and vaping!!! No offers of help. Couldn't have been less interested. Very upset about this as there were some lovely tiles on sale.
