“Lovely old fashioned department store in the heart of Northallerton. All the departments seem to be on different levels . Prices were not too bad and generally in line with other shops. Good sized car park at the rear offering long and short stay . Two places to eat a restaurant upstairs ( above arcade ) and a smaller coffee shop on ground level.”

“Went into Northallerton store today as had problem with a toy my relative had received as a gift. The manager and staff were brilliant and went out of their way to cone to a solution that I was happy with. Can't praise them enough. Thankyou a very grateful customer. .

“Staff always helpful. Own brand range is roughly the same price as the bigger supermarkets’ midrange products but far better quality. Pedestrian access to the carpark entrance isn’t great, and the footpath is regularly blocked by cages or delivery wagons”

“A great store, I walked in and got exactly what I needed immediately, beautiful serviettes for my tea party. There were a lot of other things I did not need so kept my eyes dead ahead.
