Good service but very cramped making it inaccessible. Delivery service for repeat prescriptions is a welcome addition, but items aren?t always ready in time to prevent running out

Mostly excellent service and most go out of their way to help. They can turn things around very quickly to help and much appreciated. Just wish they had a permanent pharmacist as you see usual one say on Friday. Go back Monday and they've gone. It's weird and unsettling must be difficult for staff.

Always found the staff very helpful and polite. They are extremely busy but always very considerate, and trying to do their best in what must be sometimes very trying circumstances.

Booked online for vaccination which was confirmed by email arrived to be told that they no longer offered the service. Someone needs to sort their online service out.... Told to go to Richmond but pharmacist didn't have vaccine in stock. This is not a COVID 19 vaccine

I suffer from mental health issues, I have pretty bad anxiety and normally get someone else to collect it for me, as I struggle leaving the houseI went today for the first time to collect my own medicine trying to force myself to do itI went in, they had 7 members of staff behind the counter and three people waiting for prescription's, I have no idea what I'm doing and my face was already beginning to burn,Stood waiting for a while and about 5 more people came in to stand behind me, not one member of staff spoke to anyone and eventually the woman behind me approached the counterWhere I couldn't handle it anymore so left, I then tried to call their direct number to speak to someone in the hopes I could arrange a different method of picking up my prescription it rang out then when I attempted to call back they'd switched the line offAppalling customer service especially when you consider that their customers will have a range of issues, that these folks clearly don't care about

Day Lewis Pharmacy Northallerton.Today I paid for a tube of psoriasis cream prescribed by my doctor. The doctors pharmacy had none, so I was advised to try the Day Lewis pharmacy next door. They had one tube left. When I got home I realised (before opening the box/tube) that the use-by was June 23, giving me only 8 months. It states on the side of the box that the product needs using by 12 months from opening. I called to question that I should have been given something that gives me the full year shelf life, but all I got was attitude from some bloke they put on the phone. In his opinion the tube wouldn?t last me a year (it WILL because I only use a tiny amount when I have a flair-up) or alternatively he said I could just get another prescription in 8 months when this one runs out! Nice of him to decide how to spend my money!?! I was refused a refund, even though the product remains completely unopened. They are supposedly ordering me another tube, (although this was begrudgingly done), so I?ll wait with bated breath as to whether that happens or materialises. Meanwhile I now feel I can?t use this cream until this matter is resolved. Not happy.

Really good pharmacy this is the only one I use now as the staff are friendly . In particular the young gentleman I think he?s called Anthony . So helpful and always so informative about the products your buying .

Delt with poorly, waiting and a lady came in after me, started to make a fuss so they served her before me, then i was told not to raise my voice , all i said was why lady get served before me...man behind coulter rude to me...

Not very good and they lie to you I've just found that out lately I told them not to deliver my repeat prescriptions on a Friday as out all day they said they'd pass that message on turns out came home slip in my door that they'd missed me ??? !!!!;; !!!!!!!!! On that Friday !!;;;;
