Went to this Costa a few days ago and wasn't impressed in the slightest. Ordering and was told no toast. I would of been fine with it if not even two minutes later a woman ordered toast and was given toast. Told no toast when there is toast is ridiculous. First time I've been disappointed in a Costa.

Good size plenty seating.coffee not very warm.toilets leave a lot to be desired,early morning no gel toilet handle almost off,sink taps almost unusable,room for improvement.

Lovely Costa store. Young lad with glasses is great and has amazing customer service. However, your WiFi often has issues, often slow and laggy and it?s a pain signing in. STOP LEAVING THE YOUNG LAD ON HIS OWN AND GET SOME STAFF!!!!!!! He is brilliant and always makes fantastic brews and always has amazing manners and customer service. However, the managers or whoever it is need to pull the finger out of their behind and get him some help.

Quite nice.
Staff friendly and accommodating. A few of the tables and chairs are a bit worn out and small.

Just tried to charge me £11 for a coffee and fruit juice, till I challenged them. It is too easy to swipe a card without checking. No apology when they return Ed funds to my gift card.

Shut more than half the cafe before 4pm. Expected paying customers to sit at the front on little tables. A paying customer should sit where they want. Needs more staff

Staff lovely but clearly very short of them! One poor person all by himself! He was absolutely fantastic very warm welcoming but 20 minutes to wait and people walking out! Needs a bit of love from owners or management

The man cleaning tables too engrossed in telling his life story rather than cleaning tables. Also not enough toilets for the amount of seating.. only one toilet for all.!!!

Have used it only once on a family visit and found the place comfortable and relaxing, even though reasonably busy.Staff polite and friendly and the the atmosphere was comfortable.

It was a busy Saturday afternoon and there appeared to be only two members of staff working, they were taking it in turns to either serve or wash crockery. Even though there was a wait we were met with politeness both when being served and when leaving. Costa please get these two hard working girls some help!

I thought Costa was suppossed to be a nice relaxing cafe. Not a place that's like a pub. Today I went in with my friend for a drink. I've never heard it so loud. I couldn't hear my friend talk. Groups of men laughing, who were treating it as a pub but without the alcohol. I nearly asked for a refund. So uncomfortable today.
