We came across this nice pub for a Sunday roast on our drive back from holiday. Sunday roast was delicious?beef and Yorkshire pudding were so well cooked, sticky toffee pudding was amazing and made in house. Staff were really friendly. Massive portions for good prices. Would definitely return if we were in the area. If you want well-made, local and non-pretentious food, is for you!

We stopped at this lovely wee pub on the way from Scotland to Sherwood forest. So so so much nicer than a service station. Lovely people serving, doggies welcome and the food was amazing! Had good choices for Vegans and the vegan lasagne was delicious. Thank you very much. Highly recommended ????????????????????

Sunday roast was a disappointment. My mum ordered a vegetarian meal, they came back later on and said they were out, so the girl that asked her to switch and the other lady decided to stand behind the bar and talk about her. They didn?t give her any option besides what was on the menus, but after. We ate, someone said something about a veggie lasagna, which mum was not offered. We won?t be back.

We had Sunday lunch here for my birthday last Sunday with family and it was absolutely lovely! I am very picky with Sunday lunch and do not often go out for it as I make my own. However, so pleased we went here and we will definitley be back next time we are through that way. Really good value and friendly staff. Thanks guys :)

My friend and I have just had a wonderful evening at the Coore Arms. Friendly staff, fantastic food choice with vegan options which was brilliant for me not having to query everything. Beautiful decor and ambience. we will definitely be back.
