I called through today to have a browse for some new shoes for summer season and was approached by a lovely young woman called Amber. She was so patient with me, as I have a very specific taste, and just smiled throughout putting up with me. A real asset to this shop!

Took my son to get his feet measured, they told me he was a 7 and then we tried the shoes on and they were too big and the woman then insisted he was a 6.5 she checked for his toes and the woman said they fit paid £49 for Clark?s as well. Came home to find the shoes were in fact way too big and gave him blisters. Will never go here again to get my sons feet measured.

Today we received amazing service in Clinkards, the only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because there was a lack of the sizes in styles we were interested in and we even up spending more than our budgeted amount for this purchase because of this.

Took 9 year old to have feet check current shoes feeling tight 3E. She was measured at a 2.5 and 3.5 then given offered a pair of 3E shoes exactly the same style and size on her feet!!Clarks same day measured her at 3 and 3.5, won't be using your shop again.

Customer service was extremely poor. I like to measure my daughters feet as I always have done however I was rudely approached by a young male assistant who quoted ? you said you didn?t need any help but WE have to measure your feet?. I explained that I was happy to do this and he then proceeded to tell me the staff have to do this with a rather stern look on his face. Feeling rather uncomfortable with his attitude I decided to take my custom else where, not the the way to speak to a customer especially with a child. On my way out he was discussing me to the female staff member behind the till and offered a sarcastic smile when I exited the shop. Sorry Clinkards I won?t be shopping here again.

Tried to buy school shoes for 4 kids. The young lad serving had such bad manners. Didn't speak to the children that he was serving, ended up walking out.
