Excellent friendly staff, sorted out cards, candles etc and filled helium balloons while I waited, the balloons lasted 6 weeks, the big one still going at 2 months (I'm just keeping them to see how long they last).

Extremely rude staff this morning. We?re gossiping about other employees and discussing information which customers should not hear. Whilst I was trying to look at cards they were gossiping amongst themselves blocking the view of the cards I was looking for. Also shouting at each other from one side of the shop to the other whilst serving people.

Would not exchange a faulty calendar without having it physically in her possession. I had written all my personal details on it so was unwilling to give it. Had written in right up to November where it had a page for May!?. So was not only a couple of pages!! Not happy about the customer service here. Sadly lacking in a bit of common sense.
