Excellent friendly staff, sorted out cards, candles etc and filled helium balloons while I waited, the balloons lasted 6 weeks, the big one still going at 2 months (I'm just keeping them to see how long they last).

Extremely rude staff this morning. We’re gossiping about other employees and discussing information which customers should not hear. Whilst I was trying to look at cards they were gossiping amongst themselves blocking the view of the cards I was looking for.
