Not the best !My small order and job was obviously not worthy of good customer service. Left hand / right hand scenario topped off with blatant complacency unfortunately. The lip service awarded didn't cut it !

If you want nice carpets at a reasonable price, with the worst customer service and terrible fitting, I would recommend using Calverts.We had a date booked for fitting of 7th December, I was called the week before to tell me, not ask me, tell me they were changing it to 13th December, which was impossible as we had new bedroom furniture for two rooms arriving on 9th December. They eventually rebooked for 8th but no one showed up - I was given excuses all day.The fitters then showed up the next day but did such a bad job of fitting the carpets I?m having to get them redone.Truly horrendous experience and I would dissuade anyone from using them in the future.

Prior to Christmas we arranged for Calvert?s to measure up our property on a set date in January. The day cake and my wife stayed at home but no representative came. I phoned later in the day and got an apology and a promise of a call back to re-arrange. I called again at the end of the day and got another apology as they forgot to call back.How does a company remain viable if it completely ignores potential clients. If you want measuring and fitting for flooring, I respectfully suggest you go to a business that wants your business.

It's a good carpet shop, helpful staff, wide choice with some good offers. Parking generally OK. They keep the heating down (unsurprisingly), so wear a coat

Recently bought a couple of carpets here and very pleased with the fantastic selection in their store and at reasonable prices too. Got them fitted within two weeks. Great store.

An extremely difficult job laying heavy quality Cushion flooring into 3 areas . Porch / hall way/ kitchen completed in ONE PIECE With Herringbone pattern!!!!What an excellent job by TERRY and Micky. Outstanding work that didn?t end there as they also helped with appliances and static wardrobe . Can?t thank the lads enough for excellent job well done?Highly RecommendL Tennant
