Under staffed, always a long wait to be served. Often the coffee isn't hot enough and has to be re-made. Some members of staff unaware of which products are gluten free - very important, the customers wanted something to eat with their coffees but didn't get anything. Lost revenue! Not clean enough, particularly the seating.... read full comment
