Apparently the staff at boots pharmacy in Northallerton find it acceptable and appropriate to literally laugh at customers or mock/talk about them whilst the customer is still present. I?ve been in many a time and the way I get treated is disgusting. I have found them to be often rude, short, and apathetic towards me. I have great anxiety when I go to get my medication because of how the staff make me feel - and I will stand there waiting and a boots staff member (for instance, one short younger girl with brown hair that she often has down) looks at me like I am some sort of criminal! It?s nearly every single damn time I go down! SORT IT OUT. It?s disgusting. There is no emotion or warmth or care to the staff at the pharmacy!
This is UNLIKE the treatment I receive in boots stores such as those in Darlington - the staff at Darlington boots are amazing! I never have anxiety about going to the Darlington store but I always do when it comes to the Northallerton one - and I certainly have my suspicions as to why I?m treated the way I am by the Northallerton boots (pharmacy) staff?. And for goodness sake, when you have someone waiting for ages, please don?t ignore them. The larger older girl with the glasses and blonde hair just has no empathy or respect - literally sees you and ignores you and it?s not just inappropriate but it?s cruel. If it continues, I will formally make a written complaint but I feel I must now record my experience here.

This was my first visit to this store as we were in the town on a visit. It seems quite a small store compared to many Boots but it did have the basics such as perfume, hair and beauty products etc and a pharmacy.
I was looking for some Boots 17 products but this was yet again another Boots which didn?t stock their own products ????
There were a few customers in the store but most of them seemed to be stuck in a queue at the pharmacy.
Not the worst Boots I?ve been in, but nothing special.

Boots need to employ more staff it is ridiculous the pharmacy is shut between 1:30pm and 2pm. People's dinner times. Hire more staff. Plus people in the pharmacy don't even tell you it's your last prescription, and it needs reviewing. Rubbish communication in their too

Fantastic Customer Service today from Lesley! Who despite being the only Assistant on the checkout, went to bother to look out the back for the moisturiser I wanted (that Boots have had the foresight to discontinue). Fortunately they had one left and thanks to Lesley it?s now mine. One very customer! ?

I cannot praise the staff in the Northallerton boots pharmacy enough, I had run out of my medication and had to ring 111 and had so many problems with the signal so the doctor was finding it hard to contact me, but josh and the staff in the pharmacy helped me to get my meds, You were lifesavers, thank you.

My partner purchased some foundation this afternoon for me at your Northallerton shop. He thought he had picked up the correct shade. It wasn't until he walked outside into the natural light did he realise it was the wrong one so he walked straight back in. No other customer had been to the till after so went straight up to the guy on the checkout an explained his mistake. Your worker asked if he had the receipt knowing fine well just 20 seconds earlier he hadn't given him one. His response was " oh well, there's nothing I can do about it". My partner was a bit frustrated by this as its any easy mistake to make an walked straight back in to sort it.... he asked why he couldn't just print off the last transaction receipt which the worker stated he couldn't do. One of the worst lies... ( i use tills everyday ). This worker then decided to call for security who also protested there was nothing that could be done so was there going to be a problem here???!! Absolutely, well & truly DISGUSTED. The workers there need some serious training. Can you imagine if he had picked up a prescription an the contents were wrong but they couldn't be changed??? Take a look at your staff Boots Northallerton. What an absolute let down. No more shopping there for us.

Staff are friendly and helpful but shelves always seem half empty, range of stock is poor and mens section is tiny... store seems a bit tired and in need of a refresh..
