Apparently the staff at boots pharmacy in Northallerton find it acceptable and appropriate to literally laugh at customers or mock/talk about them whilst the customer is still present. I’ve been in many a time and the way I get treated is disgusting. I have found them to be often rude, short, and apathetic towards me.... read full comment
