on visiting you store at approx 0950 on 7th july i had the misfortune to meet tasmin at the cigarrete counter. i placed my purchases on the counter and said (good morning) there was no reaction. iwas asked for payment and did i have a nectar card. i do not there was no please or thank you o r even a smile perhaps some in house training would be appropriate..
