Went into Northallerton store today as had problem with a toy my relative had received as a gift. The manager and staff were brilliant and went out of their way to cone to a solution that I was happy with. Can't praise them enough. Thankyou a very grateful customer. .

Went in to buy a remote control...entire experience including selection less than 5 mins.Took it back for a refund next day...less than 5 minutes again. Admittedly it was quiet in store, but none the less, very good customer service.
