We had a shower enclosure with shower fitted, a few years on the tiles have cracked, the tray leaks an has never drained properly. We have never received any electrical certificates. Ray is a glorified project manager who finds the cheapest trades people to work for him.

Unfortunately, this 'family firm' uses sub contractors of the bodge it, fudge it and run variety. Kitchen cabinets are 5 star quality at 5 star prices.
