We took my mum to The White Swan last night for her birthday meal and we cannot thank the staff enough for making her evening so special. Met a friend for a drink but the only one female staff member was just mooching around bar area and we didn't even get a greeting. After 5 mins of waiting at bar I had to call her over to serve us.
